We hope you and your new purchase are very happy together. However, if it’s not a match made in heaven, you can return any item for a refund within 7 days of receiving your original order.

 

Please be aware that all items must be returned to us in brand-new condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund.

 

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges. Therefore, you will need to return your items for a refund and place a new order if you’d like a different size.

 

  • Please leave return information in the package:Name in your order; phone number; order number; reason for returns ;
  • Contact a customer service representative to obtain your nearest return address;
  • You need to bear the shipping fee by sending
  • You need to provide the tracking number to TayTaymerch after you send it out
  • Please provide the receipt given to you by the post office or the courier company,
  • Recipient and delivery address need to be displayed for our warehouse to receive
  • Please take a photo of the return form together with the package and send it to us

 

 This will help us speed up the return process and ensure that everything is handled smoothly. We’ll hook you up with a refund using the same payment method you used when making the purchase. It might take a little while for the refund to show up in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Hang tight!

The original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless there’s a valid reason such as damaged or incorrect goods. If you receive an item that’s damaged or not what you ordered, we’ll make it right and cover the return shipping costs. However, if you’re simply returning an item for personal reasons, the original shipping charges unfortunately won’t be refunded. We hope this clears things up!

We don’t have an exchange option available at the moment. But no worries, returning your item(s) and getting a replacement is super easy. Just follow these simple steps: 

  1. Return your unwanted item(s) using the process outlined in the “HOW CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?” section.
  2. Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund. 
  3. To get your replacement, simply place a new order for the desired item(s) on our website.

Convenience is key! If you have multiple orders to return, you can absolutely send them back together in the same parcel. Just make sure to include the return forms for each order.
