Orders will generally be shipped within 2-3 working days, and customized orders will generally be shipped within 5-10 working days.

If not shipped within 10 working days, we will contact you via email in time.  You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you when your item is on its way.

Your order will be sent to the TaytayMerch address on your order.  Please make sure the address includes the house number, street and postal code and is the correct delivery address

USA – Orders until US$800 will be free of any import duties or taxes.

Australia– Orders until AUS$1000 will be free of any import duties or taxes.

New Zealand-  Orders until NZD$1000 will be free of any import duties or taxes.

Japan-  Orders until JPY ¥10,000 will be free of any import duties or taxes.

If your country is not included on the list above you may be charged customs duties.
Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by TaytayMerch.

Please note: If you are in South America or Africa, please try not to use commercial express. We will use Fedex to ship, which will most likely be charged high tariffs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment from TaytayMerch, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.

This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

All orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer during the checkout process. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Any orders returned (i.e. returned to sender) due to incorrect, incomplete address or failure to collect from a designated collection point (i.e. after a missed delivery attempt) will require new shipping to be purchased before orders will be reshipped.If customers opt to cancel and request a refund, any refund will have the relevant shipping and return shipping costs deducted.
