💌 Where is my order confirmation?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder. Still can’t find it? Contact us at hello@taytaymerch.com.
📦 How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
🔄 Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel your order. Once an order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
📬 How can I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 business days, feel free to email us.
❓ I received a wrong or damaged item. What should I do?
We're so sorry! Please email hello@taytaymerch.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
🔁 Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the limited nature of our items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
