 💌 Where is my order confirmation?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder. Still can’t find it? Contact us at hello@taytaymerch.com.

 

 📦 How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

 

📦What should I do if my order does not arrive?

Typically, shipping to non-remote areas takes up to 30 days. If your order has not arrived after 30 days, please contact us with your order number, and we will do our best to assist you in locating your shipment. Please note that if you contact us after 50 days from the shipping date, we will not be able to offer any assistance.

 

🔄 Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel your order. Once an order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

 

📬 How can I track my order?

Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 business days, feel free to email us.

 

❓ I received a wrong or damaged item. What should I do?

If you receive a damaged product, please take photos of the damaged item and email them to hello@taytaymerch.com along with your order number as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to help resolve the issue.

 

🔁 Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the limited nature of our items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
